Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your TTArtisan product in its original box, ensuring all lens caps, manuals, and protective foam are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our designated returns facility, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
